热压式沥青混凝土路面施工工艺特殊,目前国内研究极少。采用室内试验模拟手段,以压实度、构造深度和黏结强度为主要测试分析指标,研究碎石撒布量、碾压温度和压实功这3个施工关键控制参数。首先,通过不同撒布量试验确定碎石撒布量这一参数的施工控制目标值为12kg/m2;然后在确定的碎石撒布量下进行碾压温度和压实次数两因素三水平的组合试验,通过测试分析压实度、构造深度和黏结强度随碾压温度和压实次数的变化规律,研究确定碾压温度和压实功这两个关键参数的施工控制目标值分别为110~120℃和旋转压实85次。这3个关键控制参数目标值的确定,为热压式沥青混凝土路面施工质量控制提供了依据和参考。
Hot pressing asphalt concrete pavement construction process is special, the current domestic research rarely. The indoor test simulation method was used to measure the degree of compaction, the depth of structure and the bond strength as the main test and analysis indexes. The key control parameters of the three construction were studied, such as the amount of gravel spreading, rolling temperature and compaction. First of all, through the different amount of spreading test to determine the amount of gravel spread of the construction control target value of 12kg / m2; and then the amount of gravel spread under the rolling temperature and compaction times of two factors and three levels of combination test, The compaction degree, the depth of structure and the variation of bond strength with rolling temperature and compaction times were analyzed and analyzed. The construction control targets of two key parameters of rolling temperature and compaction work were determined to be 110 ~ 120 ℃ and Rotary compaction 85 times. The determination of the target value of the three key control parameters provides the basis and reference for the construction quality control of hot-pressed asphalt concrete pavement.
