目的分析常熟市基层预防接种单位疫苗冷链温度监测系统运行状况。方法收集全市32家预防接种单位2014~2016年疫苗冷链温度监测数据,使用Excel 2010软件对超温数据进行分析。结果常熟市32家预防接种单位84台冰箱,3年共出现超温次数122 894次,超温率为0.89%;2014~2016年超温率呈逐年下降的趋势(P<0.01)。7~9月(高温季节)超温率高于其他月份(P<0.01),冰箱冷藏室超温率高于冷冻室(P<0.01),医用冰箱超温率低于家用冰箱(P<0.01),送苗时间(8:00~16:00)、门诊时间(8:00~16:00)超温率高于其他时间。结论该系统对常熟市疫苗冷链情况进行了有效监测,为基层预防接种单位强化疫苗冷链管理和安全接种提供了重要保证。
Objective To analyze the operating status of cold chain temperature monitoring system in vaccination unit of grass-roots level in Changshu. Methods The surveillance data of vaccine cold chain temperature in 32 vaccination units in the city from 2014 to 2016 were collected and the data of over-temperature were analyzed by Excel 2010 software. Results Eighty-four refrigerators were vaccinated in 32 refrigerators in Changshu City. Over the three years, 122,894 overtemperatures were observed, with over-temperature rate of 0.89%. Over-temperature rate showed a declining trend from 2014 to 2016 (P <0.01). The rate of over-temperature in the refrigerator from July to September (high temperature season) was higher than that in other months (P <0.01), the rate of over-temperature in the freezer was higher than that in the freezer (P <0.01) ), Send seedlings time (8: 00 ~ 16: 00), outpatient time (8: 00 ~ 16: 00) over-temperature rate higher than other times. Conclusion The system effectively monitors the cold chain of vaccine in Changshu city and provides an important guarantee for cold chain management and safety vaccination of grass-roots vaccination unit.
