目的：研究五子降脂胶囊对粥样动脉硬化（AS）家兔的治疗作用，进一步探讨性激素对AS的影响方法：采用酶法测定血脂，硫代巴比妥法测定MDA，锥板法测定血液流变学，琼脂糖电泳测定β-脂蛋白，放免法测定6－Ketone－PGF1α和TXB2，同位素法测定雌二醇与睾酮．结果：五子降脂胶囊能有效地降低血清胆固醇与甘油三酯，能降低MDA对心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞的损害，降低全血粘度和纤维蛋白原含量，使AS家兔血清TXB2下降，6-酮-PGF1α值升高，两者平衡失调得以恢复，五子降脂胶囊能升高家兔血清睾酮，调节性激素水平，这有益于HDL对内源性脂质的清除，病理结果证实对AS家兔有较好治疗作用．结论：五子降脂胶囊能明显减少AS斑块形成．
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Wuzi Jiangzhi Capsule on rabbits with atherosclerosis (AS) and further explore the effects of sex hormones on AS: blood lipids were determined by enzymatic method, MDA was measured by thiobarbital method, and blood was measured by cone-plate method. Rheology, determination of β-lipoprotein by agarose electrophoresis, determination of 6-Ketone-PGF1α and TXB2 by radioimmunoassay, determination of estradiol and testosterone by isotope method. Results: Wuzi Jiangzhi capsule can effectively reduce serum cholesterol and triglyceride, reduce the damage of MDA to cardiomyocytes and vascular endothelial cells, reduce whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen content, and decrease serum TXB2 in AS rabbits. 6- Elevated Keto-PGF1α values restored the balance between the two. Wuzi Jiangzhi Capsules can increase serum testosterone levels in rabbits and regulate sex hormone levels. This is beneficial to the clearance of endogenous lipids by HDL. Have a good therapeutic effect. 5. Conclusion: Wuzi Jiangzhi Capsules can significantly reduce the formation of AS plaques.
