为研究木材在水分吸着过程中的蠕变特性以及其蠕变的影响因素,研制出可施加一定范围内的恒力的木材蠕变仪。该仪器采用5相步进电机作动力;精密称重传感器作为测力敏感元件;红外激光位移传感器作蠕变测量元件;通过RS232串口线与电脑(PC机)配合使用。它具有改变、显示施力大小、保存木材蠕变数据、可拆卸功能,并且操作简便,适用于需要施加一定范围内的恒力的木材机械吸湿蠕变实验。
In order to study the creep characteristics of wood during moisture sorption and the factors that affect its creep, a wood creep meter that can exert constant force within a certain range was developed. The instrument uses 5-phase stepper motor as power; precision load cell as a force-sensing element; infrared laser displacement sensor for creep measurement of components; through the RS232 serial line with the computer (PC) used in conjunction. It has a change, showing the size of the force, save the wood creep data, removable features, and easy to operate, suitable for applying a certain range of constant force mechanical moisture absorption creep experiments.
