本文首先对高职院校经管类专业教师实践教学能力构成进行定义,包括教学设计能力、组织能力和评价能力。再此基础上,分析了高职院校经管类专业教师实践教学能力状况和存在问题,并从内、外两方面查找原因,其中外在原因包括外部重视度和机制的设定,内在原因涉及教师意识和经管类专业的特殊性。最后,从政府、学院和教师三个层面提出解决问题的对策建议,认为政府应大胆改革教师准入评审机制,积极引导企业校企合作;学院应大力支持设备师资投入,不断完善考核激励机制;教师应自觉总结积累教学资料,积极参与社会服务工作。
This article first defines the composition of practical teaching ability of economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges, including teaching design ability, organizational ability and evaluation ability. On the basis of the analysis, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of practical teaching ability of professional teachers of economics and management in higher vocational colleges, and looks for the reasons from both inside and outside. The external causes include the setting of external emphasis and mechanism, Teachers’ awareness and specialty of economics and management. Finally, from the three levels of the government, college and teachers, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the problems. It holds that the government should boldly reform the teacher admission review mechanism and actively guide the enterprises to cooperate with each other. The college should support the investment of equipment teachers and constantly improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism. Teachers should consciously sum up the accumulation of teaching materials, and actively participate in social services.
