文章主要论述了E档机在泵站实时控制系统中的硬件结构、软件设计思想及其实验结果。该系统的主要功能是:完成对模拟量、脉冲量、状态量和报警量等各种参数的巡回检测;完成键盘控制程序(包括泵站画面显示程序等);完成站控保护程序和打印程序等。对该系统设计的四级中断及其功能也作了论述。实验证明该系统所采用的抗干扰措施是可行的,进一步保证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。该系统构成虽简单,但功能强、使用灵活、维护方便,将来还可作为长输管道计算机网络系统的远方终端。
This paper mainly discusses the hardware structure, software design idea and experimental results of E-class machine in pump station real-time control system. The main functions of the system are: to complete the circuit detection of various parameters such as analog quantity, pulse quantity, status quantity and alarm quantity; complete the keyboard control program (including the pump station screen display program, etc.); complete the station control protection program and print program Wait. The four levels of the system design interrupt and its functions are also discussed. Experiments show that the anti-jamming measures adopted by the system are feasible and further guarantee the stability and reliability of the system. The system is simple in structure but powerful in function, flexible in use and convenient in maintenance, and can be used as a remote terminal of long-distance pipeline computer network system in the future.
