上海知识产权法院成立于2014年12月8日,截至2015年12月31日,共受理著作权纠纷案件565件,全部为二审案件。受理案件中,著作权侵权纠纷案件518件,占91.7%;著作权合同案件47件,占8.3%。在著作权侵权纠纷案件中,共有侵害信息网络传播权纠纷案件380件,占73.4%。面对新形势下案件审理所带来的压力,在司法改革的大背景下,我院锐意进取,积极探索新思路、新举措,有效 Shanghai Intellectual Property Court was established on December 8, 2014.
