本文报告用氢化物.原子吸收法检测了17例正常生育力男子和51例不白男子的枯浆硒含量.结果为.正常组硒78.84±11.20ng/m], 少精组57。9]±39.76vg/ml, 死精组95。94‘43.97ng/m1。无精组74.26土14.13rig/m1.经统计学处理,少精组精浆硒水平低于对照纽,廾有显著性意义。死精组、无精组硒水平与对照组比无显著性意义。各组精于计数与精浆硒水平呈正相关.而各组的精子活力、活率与精浆中硒水平无相关性。结果表明硒与精于生成有关。低硒可造成生精障碍。
In this paper, selenium content was measured by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry in 17 normal fertile men and 51 non-white men.The results were as follows: normal group selenium 78.84 ± 11.20ng / m], oligomer group 57.9] ± 39.76vg / ml, sperm group 95.94’43.97ng / ml.
