2007年8月29日,东丰县某中学食堂发生一起由蜡样芽孢杆菌引起的食物中毒事件,共有患者45人,其中男学生20人、女学生25人;年龄13~15岁;其中33人恶心、29人腹痛、19人腹泻、12人头晕、7人呕吐,最短潜伏期约3小时,最长潜伏期13小时,发病呈单峰型分布。中毒餐次确定为2007年8月28日晚餐。根据现场流行病学调查,结合患者临床表现及实验室检测,依据食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则,确定本次食物中毒为蜡样芽孢杆菌食物中毒。
