为给震损水库制定科学合理的除险加固方案,以树家湾水库为例,分析了该震损水库在“5·12”地震震前和震后的病害情况,确定了4种水库除险加固方案,运用熵权法及改进的TOPSIS(TOPSIS法与灰色关联理论结合)分别求出指标权重并对其综合,得出该震损水库各指标的综合权重,进而利用改进的TOPSIS求出各方案的相对贴近度,确定了最佳的水库除险加固方案。
