采用汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪对四种管道用纤维素焊条进行了实验研究,获取了焊接过程中电参数特征值;收集焊接飞溅物,测定了四种纤维素焊条的飞溅率;采用高速摄影研究了纤维素焊条焊接过程中飞溅的形式。论证了飞溅与焊接稳定性的关系,提出采用飞溅率表征焊接过程稳定性。在电参数特征变量严重多重相关的条件下,采用偏最小二乘回归理论,对实验数据进行了分析处理,建立了纤维素焊条焊接稳定性的评价模型。
Using Hannover Arc Welding Quality Analyzer, four types of cellulose-coated electrodes were experimentally studied, and the eigenvalues of the electrical parameters in the welding process were obtained. The welding spatter was collected and the spattering rate of four kinds of cellulose electrodes was measured. Cellulose welding rod in the form of splashing. The relationship between the spatter and the stability of the welding was demonstrated. The spattering rate was used to characterize the stability of the welding process. In the condition of serious and multiple correlation of the characteristic variables of electric parameters, the experimental data were analyzed and treated by partial least-squares regression theory, and the evaluation model of the welding stability of cellulose electrode was established.
