目的了解营养与膳食指导课程的开设对卫校学生营养知识、营养态度和营养行为的影响,为针对性地对学生进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法通过随机抽样和整群抽样的方法,针对学校4个专业的学生进行营养知识、态度及行为调查。结果开设该课程的班级学生营养知识、态度、行为得分高于未开设的班级(P<0.001)。结论需要加强我校护理专业学生的营养健康教育。
Objective To understand the influence of nutrition and dietary guidance courses on nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude and nutritional behavior of health school students, and to provide the basis for students’ nutrition and health education. Methods Random sampling and cluster sampling methods were used to investigate nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of 4 professional students in the school. Results The students who took the course had higher nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior scores than those who did not (P <0.001). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen nutrition and health education for nursing students in our school.
