近年来由于工农业生产的发展,城乡人民生活水平有了很大的提高,从而营养问题受到更多人们的重视,我国营养卫生工作者在过去一段时间内,完成了大量的调查研究工作。现将1983年发表的有关我国人体营养研究的论著综述如下。 一、工人的营养状况:重工业工人的营养状况良好。从山西省七个煤矿的结果来看,近年来细粮、动物性食品和油脂的供给量有显著增加。热能摄入量平均每人每日为2360到3290仟卡,达到供给量标准(后称标准)的9996到137%;蛋白质摄入量为89到128克,达到标准的97%到133%,数量相当充足。矿物质和维生素的摄入也多半达到和超过了
