数据中心作为企业信息化的具体形式,面临着越来越严重的网络安全形势,为了有效的解决上述问题,需要对企业信息安全系统进行有效的管理。针对如何提高企业数据中心故障的诊断效率以及弥补现有用户管理策略的缺陷,本文将数据中心服务管理与基于ITIL管理理念结合,提出了基于因果减枝技术的网络故障诊断机制,通过对构建数据安全服务中的故障因果模型,快速的排查晕安全系统中的可能故障点,同时对这些故障点进行检测,有效提高故障诊断效率,并极大的增强了系统的安全性。
As a concrete form of enterprise informationization, data center faces more and more serious network security situation. To effectively solve the above problems, data center needs to manage enterprise information security system effectively. In order to improve the diagnostic efficiency of enterprise data center failures and to make up for the shortcomings of existing user management strategies, this paper proposes a network fault diagnosis mechanism based on the concept of causal cutoff based on the combination of data center service management and ITIL management philosophy. Security services in the causal model of failure to quickly troubleshoot possible points of safety system halo, while the detection of these points of failure, effectively improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis, and greatly enhance the security of the system.
