传统文化中以“和而不同”的方式追求“和谐”为本的价值理想,可以为企业管理增强凝聚力,而其秩序情结,又能进一步巩固企业员工精诚合作。通过“诚实守信”理念来规范企业员工的经济行为,是企业内部管理中防患交易风险的根本保障。积极培育传统文化中自强自主的入世精神,则可以更好地激发员工积极性与创造性,提高企业竞争力。
In the traditional culture, the pursuit of “harmony” as the value ideal based on “harmony and difference ” can enhance the cohesion of enterprise management and make its order complex, and further strengthen the sincere cooperation of enterprise staff. Through the “honest and trustworthy” concept to regulate the economic activities of employees, is the fundamental guarantee for the prevention of trading risks in the internal management of enterprises.
