Establish a training matrix, change the concept of training, improve training methods, standardize training management, effectively improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training work, and comprehensively enhance the safety awareness and operational skills of frontline staff. This article summarizes the effect of carrying out the training demand matrix after the implementation of front-line production positions from the perspective of staff training in first-line operation.
