目的 探讨迟发性放射性脑损伤的诊断及治疗。方法 2 1例迟发性放射性脑损伤患者借助于CT、MRI和MRS诊断 ,采用脱水药、皮质类固醇、神经营养药物、高压氧及开颅手术治疗。结果 66 7%的病人症状改善 ,19 0 %部分改善 ,14 3 %无效。结论 对迟发性放射性脑损伤的早期正确诊断及合理治疗将会使放射性脑损伤减少到最小程度 ,有手术指征者应及时采取正确的手术治疗。此外预防迟发性放射性脑损伤的发生具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of delayed radiation brain injury. Methods Twenty-one patients with delayed radiation brain injury were diagnosed with CT, MRI and MRS, and were treated with dehydration, corticosteroids, neurotrophic drugs, hyperbaric oxygen and craniotomy. Results Sixty-seven percent of patients improved symptoms, 190% partially improved, and 143% were ineffective. Conclusion The correct early diagnosis and reasonable treatment of delayed radiation-induced brain injury will reduce the radiation brain injury to a minimum, and the surgical indications should be promptly taken the correct surgical treatment. In addition to prevent the occurrence of delayed radiation brain injury has important significance.
