目的研究雷公藤药酒治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效以及血液学免疫指标的改变。方法分析108例采用雷公藤药酒治疗RA的患者资料,服药前与服药半年后分别检测患者抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体、葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)抗原、类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)的变化。结果患者治疗半年后关节炎症状有改善,血清免疫指标CCP、GPI、RF、CRP、ESR血液学指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);抗溶血性链球菌“O”(ASO)与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论类风湿患者口服雷公藤药酒半年后症状有所改善,血液免疫学有显著变化,提示其症状改善与雷公藤作用于免疫系统有关。
Objective To study the efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii wine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the change of hematological immunity index. Methods The data of 108 patients treated with Tripterygium wilfordii wine were analyzed. Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibody, glucose-6-phosphate isomerase (GPI) antigen, rheumatoid factor (RF), C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Results The symptom of arthritis was improved in six months after treatment. The hematological indexes of CCP, GPI, RF, CRP and ESR were all lower than those before treatment (P <0.05); the hemolytic streptococcus “AS” There was no significant difference between before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions The symptom improved after oral administration of Tripterygium wilfordii wine in rheumatoid patients after six months, and there was significant change in the blood immunology. It suggested that the improvement of symptoms was related to the action of Tripterygium on the immune system.
