本文以黔西北民族地区中小学生作为样本,择取家庭体育教育这一特定的因子作为研究出发点,通过调查分析对民族地区的青少年家庭体育教育进行实证性研究,在了解中小学生体育锻炼行为现状的基础上,探讨家庭体育教育与学生体质健康的互动关系,并揭示基于家庭教育的民族体育项目在少数民族学生体质提升中的作用。
Based on the analysis of the specific factors of family physical education in primary and middle schools in northwestern Guizhou Province as a sample, this study empirically studies the physical education of teenagers in ethnic minority areas through the investigation and analysis. In order to understand the current situation of primary and secondary school students in physical exercise, Based on the discussion, this paper explores the interactive relationship between family sports education and students’ physical health, and reveals the role of family sports-based ethnic sports in improving the constitution of minority students.
