做好宗教工作必须提高法治化水平。现阶段我国宗教事务管理存在立法体系不够完善、行政主体法治意识欠缺、司法实践示范意义偏弱、全民守法理念尚未完全树立等问题。形成原因主要在于法治精神的欠缺和传统管理方式的局限。宗教事务管理法治化的关键在于完善以宪法为核心的宗教事务法制体系、以法治思维和法治方式推进依法行政、在司法实践中公平公正对待宗教事务、提高全民尊法守法意识等。 To do religious work, we must raise the level of rule of law. At this stage, the legislative system of our country’s religious affairs management is not perfect, the administrative body is lack of awareness of the rule of law, the demonstration of judicial practice is weak, and the concept of universal law-abiding has not yet been fully established. The main reason is the lack of the spirit of the rule of law and the limitations of the traditional management methods. The key to the legalization of religious affairs management lies in improving the legal system of religious affairs with the constitution as the core, promoting administration according to law by the rule of law and by the rule of law, fair and impartial treatment of religious affairs in judicial practice, and raising the awareness of law-abiding by laws and regulations of all people.
