初入职场的历史教师其业务能力虽不尽相同,但在从教的过程中不断进修与提高是必不可少的。针对不同教师,进修的方式也略有不同,本文所提供和探讨的进修与提高业务能力的途径与方法,主要是针对那些没有受过历史专业训练、教学经验又不多的新教师。一、努力进修理论和专业知识、精通业务第一,以教学为中心,边教边学,结合备课,系统学习历史专业知识。教师进修的目的,在于能够胜任自己的教学工作,提高教学质量。因此,业务进修应与备课结合起来,按照教学的需要,系统学习与所教课程有关
Although the professional competence of history teachers entering the workplace is not the same, it is indispensable to continue their studies and improvement in the process of teaching. For different teachers, the way of further study is also slightly different. The ways and methods of further study and improvement of business ability provided and discussed in this paper are mainly aimed at those new teachers who have not received professional training in history and have little teaching experience. First, to study hard theory and professional knowledge, proficiency in business first, to teach as the center, while teaching and learning, combined with lesson preparation, systematic learning history expertise. The purpose of teacher training is to be competent in their teaching and improve the quality of teaching. Therefore, business training should be combined with lesson preparation, according to the needs of teaching, systematic learning and teaching courses
