针对分布式现场总线采煤机硬件系统,提出了一种以采煤机牵引速度、摇臂姿态为主要控制对象的记忆截割策略。该策略以采煤机恒功率控制和自保护功能为基础,以空间三维坐标转换为方法,在采煤机操作员进行截割示范时记忆数据,当记忆截割模式启动时根据当前采煤机的状态和记忆数据控制采煤机的牵引速度和摇臂的升降。通过程序测试与设备联调,能够复现操作员示范的截割操作,并且在实际工作环境下具有良好可靠性和自保护能力。
According to the hardware system of the distributed field bus shearer, a memory cutting strategy based on shearer traction speed and rocker arm attitude is proposed. Based on the constant power control and self-protection of shearer, this strategy converts the three-dimensional space coordinates into a method to record data when the shearer operator performs cutting and demonstration. When the memory cut mode is started, The state and memory data control the shearer traction speed and rocker arm movements. Through program testing and device intermodulation, it can reproduce the operator’s demonstration cutting operation, and has good reliability and self-protection capability under the actual working environment.
