用玻璃采气管采集四氯乙烯职业接触人员班前终末呼出气,直接进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,GC-ECD检测呼出气中四氯乙烯浓度。结果显示,GC-ECD测定呼出气中四氯乙烯最低检出浓度为3.0×10-2mg/m3,其测定范围3.0×10-2~40.8 mg/m3(直接进样),线性关系良好r=0.9998。本方法能够满足美国ACGIH制定的生物接触指数(BEIs)的检测要求;采用直接进样,不需富集,对我国扩展该化学毒物的职业健康监护具有一定意义。
Using glass tube collecting PCE occupational contact persons before the end of exhaled breath, direct injection, separation by capillary column, GC-ECD detection of exhaled gas in the concentration of tetrachlorethylene. The results showed that the lowest detectable concentration of tetrachlorethylene in the exhaled breath by GC-ECD was 3.0 × 10-2mg / m3, and the determination range was 3.0 × 10-2 ~ 40.8 mg / m3 (direct injection) with a good linear relationship. R = 0.9998. The method can meet the detection requirements of the biological contact index (BEIs) set by the ACGIH in the United States. The direct injection does not require enrichment and has certain significance for expanding the occupational health monitoring of the chemical poison in our country.
