Objective: To analyze the effect of hormonal levels of threatened abortion subdural hematoma on pregnant women and pregnancy outcome. Methods: In this study, 102 pregnant women with threatened abortion underwent subdural hematoma from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital. The results of B-ultrasound showed sub-subchondral hematoma and 59 cases of symptoms of threatened abortion In the observation group, 43 patients without symptom of threatened abortion were selected as the control group. Fifty normal pregnant women admitted to hospital during the same period were selected as the normal group. The hematoma status, vaginal bleeding time and HCG level were compared among the three groups. The incidence of pregnancy resolved. Results: HCG levels in observation group and control group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The hormone level of threatened abortion subchhmanal hematoma directly affects the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, clinical diagnosis and treatment should be carried out as soon as possible.
