目的探讨自我构念对大学生宿舍冲突管理方式的影响,以引导大学生用更积极的方式解决宿舍冲突。方法采用自我构念量表和冲突管理方式量表,对广东省4所高校578名大学生进行调查。结果关联自我和问题解决、尊重、道歉、回避、第三方帮助、表达情绪、保持冷静、私下讨论和服从9种冲突管理方式均呈正相关,与敌对方式呈负相关(P值均<0.05)。独立自我高的大学生运用更多的问题解决、强迫、表达情绪、保持冷静和私下讨论的方式,但运用较少服从的方式(P值均<0.05)。高关联自我高独立自我的大学生在问题解决、尊重、表达情绪、保持冷静、私下讨论6种冲突管理方式上得分均高于高关联自我低独立自我、低关联自我高独立自我和低关联自我和低独立自我的大学生(P值均<0.05)。结论大学生的自我构念水平及类型对其宿舍冲突管理方式有显著影响。
Objective To explore the influence of self-concept on dormitory conflict management in order to guide college students to solve dormitory conflict in a more positive way. Methods Self-concept scale and conflict management scale were used to investigate 578 college students in 4 universities in Guangdong Province. Results There was a positive correlation between correlation self and problem solving, respect, apology, avoidance, third party help, expression of emotion, calmness, private discussion and obedience. There were negative correlations between nine conflict management modes and hostile modes (P <0.05). Self-esteem college students used more problems to solve, coerce, express emotions, remain calm and discuss privately, but use less obedient way (all P <0.05). Self-esteem, high self-esteem and self-esteem college students score higher than self-reliance, low self-esteem, self-reliance and low self-esteem in problem solving, respect, express emotion, calmness and private discussion Low independent college students (P <0.05). Conclusion The level and type of college students’ self-concept have a significant impact on their dormitory conflict management.
