伴随着我国经济增速出现下滑现象,地方财政收入受到较大影响。对此,地方政府必须要创新融资方式,以缓解财政支出压力,而地方政府投融资平台也应运而生。本文着重以该平台的债务风险为研究方向,阐述风险管理过程中存在的不足及问题,并针对这些问题提出一些政策性建议。 With the slowdown of China’s economic growth, the revenue of local governments is greatly affected. In this regard, local governments must innovate financing methods to alleviate the pressure on fiscal spending, and local government investment and financing platform has also emerged. This article focuses on the platform’s debt risk as the research direction, expounds the problems and problems in the process of risk management, and puts forward some policy recommendations for these issues.
