以快硬水泥为基础,通过多种外加剂的调适以及优化组分的优化配置,研制出具有优良工作性能的超早强支座砂浆,并研究了不同水料比对该支座砂浆料流动度、强度等性能的影响。研究表明该无收缩灌浆料初始流动度在340mm以上,半小时流动度在260mm以上,可实现长时间重力灌浆,该灌浆料硬化后各龄期强度高,2h强度达28Mpa以上,24h抗折强度达11Mpa以上。
