我们的研究首先以“全面、系统、科学地描述”为目标,并以此作为科学解释的基础,唯有如此才能作到科学的评价青年的价值观念的演变,并正确地预测其来来趋势。我们力图通过对安徽省马鞍山马钢总公司和马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司的青年及其青年于部群体在企业改制过程中的价值取向演变的研究,向社会提供一代青年人的全新形象。 在当代中国社会转型期间,青年作为一个相当大的社会群体,无论是从人口统计学还是从社会学视角来看,他们的价值观嬗变都是令人关注的。青年的价值取向,青年的意识,常常代表着未来社会的价值观和社会意识。作为青年社会主流文化的代表性群体——青年干部,被称作“跨世纪的接班人”,他们的价值观可以说代表了社会的主流价值观,因此,他们的价值观的变化尤其值得关注。
Our research, first of all, aims at “a comprehensive, systematic and scientific description” as the basis for scientific explanation. Only in this way can we scientifically evaluate the evolution of youth values and correctly predict their trends . We try to provide society with a new generation of young people by studying the evolution of the value orientation of young people in Maanshan Iron and Steel Corporation and Ma On Shan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in Anhui Province and their youth in the restructuring process. During the social transformation of contemporary China, as a considerable social group, the evolution of values of youth, both in terms of demography and sociology, is of great concern. The value orientation of youth and the awareness of young people often represent the values and social awareness of the future society. As a representative group of the mainstream culture of young people - young cadres, called “successors of the new century”, their values can be said to represent the mainstream values in society. Therefore, their changes in values are particularly noteworthy.
