合成了一个新型的含均三唑的席夫碱Ti(Ⅳ)配合物,利用元素分析,1H NMR,MS,FT-IR及摩尔电导进行了结构表征。结果表明,含均三唑席夫碱配体与Ti(Ⅳ)形成2:1型非电解质配合物。在生理条件下,以吖啶橙作为光谱探针,采用UV和荧光光谱方法研究配合物(LT)与鲱鱼精DNA的作用机制。结果表明目标配合物LT与DNA之间的作用机制为嵌插作用和静电作用。此外,热力学研究推导了LT结合DNA为焓驱动反应。
A novel triazole-containing Schiff base Ti (Ⅳ) complex was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, MS, FT-IR and molar conductance. The results show that the Schiff base ligand containing triazole and Ti (Ⅳ) form a 2: 1 non-electrolyte complex. Under physiological conditions, acridine orange was used as a spectroscopic probe to study the interaction between the complex (LT) and herring sperm DNA by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the mechanism of the interaction between the target complex LT and DNA was intercalation and electrostatic interaction. In addition, thermodynamic studies deduced that LT binds to DNA as an enthalpy-driven reaction.
