在实验室内,Al_2O_5坩埚中,1350℃温度下,研究了CaO—CaF_2—P_2O_2—Al_2O_2—Fe_tO系熔渣和含碳铁液之间磷的分配。实验结果表明:采用CaO—CaF_2—Fe_2O_3熔剂处理中磷铁水具有很好的脱磷效果。磷的分配比随渣中CaO、FeO的升高而增大,随渣中CaF_2的增加而减少。蓝且给出CaO和CaF_2对磷分配比的影响的当量比值为1∶0.79,以及磷分配比与渣中组元之间的综合关系式: lgLp=1.79+0.087R—0.35N_(CaF_2)+2.00N_(FeO)。 [R=NCaO/(1.13N_(P_2)O_5+0.48N_(Al_2O_3))]
The distribution of phosphorus in CaO-CaF_2-P_2O_2-Al_2O_2-Fe_tO-based slag and carbon-bearing molten iron was studied in laboratory, Al_2O_5 crucible at 1350 ℃. The experimental results show that: the use of CaO-CaF_2-Fe_2O_3 flux medium phosphorus hot metal dephosphorization has a good effect. The distribution ratio of phosphorus increased with the increase of CaO and FeO in the slag, but decreased with the increase of CaF_2 in the slag. Blue gives the equivalence ratio of CaO and CaF 2 to the phosphorus distribution ratio of 1: 0.79 and the relationship between phosphorus distribution ratio and the components in the slag: lgLp = 1.79 + 0.087R-0.35N_ (CaF 2) + 2.00N_ (FeO).
