直角与斜角网格加劲圆筒最优设计已有好几位作者进行了研究。本文提供在给定载荷大小和圆筒长度、半径下六种加劲形状的最小重量设计研究结果,其中有一种是胶接薄壁圆筒结构。胶接圆筒结构中,薄板迭折成单向加劲件。用两个这样带单向加劲件的薄板,使加劲件成直角地胶接在另一薄板的两面上。如果胶接很牢,就可把它作为正交加劲件处理。通过结构综合求得圆筒的最优等效厚度。通常对几个起点采用内补偿函数的方法求得结果。所考虑的破坏形式有:总体屈曲、环向加劲件之间的屈曲、蒙皮的局部屈 Several authors have studied the optimal design of stiffened cylinders in right and oblique grids. This paper provides the results of minimum weight design studies for six stiffened shapes for a given load size and cylinder length and radius, one of which is a glued thin-walled cylindrical structure. In the bonded cylindrical structure, the thin plates are folded into one-way stiffeners. Using two such sheets with one-way stiffeners, the stiffeners are glued at right angles on both sides of the other sheet. If it is glued firmly, it can be treated as an orthogonal stiffener. The optimal equivalent thickness of the cylinder is obtained through the synthesis of the structure. The results are usually obtained by using the internal compensation function at several starting points. The forms of destruction considered are: total buckling, flexion between stiffeners, and local flexion of skin.
