In the course of the social development in contemporary China, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a landmark milestone. It marks that the Chinese Communists have walked out of the great twists and turns of socialist practice and started to explore again the path of social development that really suits China’s reality and thus entered the new era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
