当车辆在空气中运动时,会受到空气的作用力,且空气阻力随车速的增加而迅速增加,从而对车辆高速行驶时的动力学性能产生显著的影响。计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件Fluent具有实体造型、空气动力学计算和计算结果图形化等功能,可以应用到对汽车气动特性的研究中。基于Fluent软件对汽车行驶的外流场进行了仿真,可以直观地得到外流场压力和速度的分布图,并通过计算结果相关数据对汽车气动特性进行了分析。结果表明:基于CFD软件的汽车外流场仿真结果与实际情况较为吻合,是汽车研发及改进过程的可行手段。
When the vehicle moves in the air, it will be affected by the air force, and the air resistance increases rapidly with the increase of the vehicle speed, which will have a significant impact on the dynamic performance of the vehicle at high speed. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software Fluent has the functions of solid modeling, aerodynamic calculation and graphical calculation of the results and can be applied to the study of aerodynamic characteristics of automobiles. Based on the Fluent software, the flow field of vehicle driving is simulated, and the distribution of pressure and velocity in the flow field can be obtained intuitively. The aerodynamic characteristics of the vehicle are analyzed based on the related data. The results show that the CFD software simulation results of the outflow field are in good agreement with the actual situation, which is a feasible method for vehicle R & D and improvement.
