我刊在１９９８年第７期刊登了教育部社科司组织编写的当代世界经济与政治教学基本要求＂。依据该基本要求，中国人民大学出版社推出了当代世界经济与政治（教育部推荐的全国高等学校马克思主义理论课教材）一书。为了帮助广大教师系统讲授本门课程，我刊约请该教材的编写者逐章撰写讲授辅导，并从本期开始陆续刊发
According to the basic requirements, China Renmin University Press launched the contemporary world economy and politics (Education Ministry of Education recommended the National College of Marxist theory course textbook) in order to help the majority of teachers teach the system, I asked the author of the textbook to write chapter by chapter counseling, and from the beginning of this issue
