目的 对光茎大黄根部的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱分离、重结晶、MS、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR等技术进行分离、鉴定结构。结果 从该植物中分离并鉴定了 5个化合物 ,分别是大黄酚 ( chrysophanol )、大黄素甲醚 ( physcion, )、芦荟大黄素 ( aloe- em odin, )、大黄素 ( emodin, )、β-谷甾醇 ( β- sitosterol, )。结论 该 5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root of rhubarb. Methods The structures were isolated and identified by silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization, MS, 1 H-NMR and 13C-NMR techniques. Results Five compounds were isolated from this plant and identified as chrysophanol, physcion, aloe-emodin, emodin, and β- Sitosterol (β-sitosterol). Conclusion The five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time
