目的建立碰撞池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(CCT-ICP-MS)检测高盐食品中As的方法。方法样品经闷罐消解后赶酸,转移至离心管中定容,上机测定,并通过在线加入内标校正基体效应。采用碰撞池技术消除~(40)Ar~(35)Cl对As检测的质谱干扰。结果碰撞池模式下,~(75)As仪器检出限(0.028μg/L)较常规模式(0.069μg/L)显著降低。加标前后,碰撞池模式RSD要优于普通模式RSD。碰撞池模式回收率为98.0%~101.9%。常规模式扇贝和茶叶标准物质检测结果偏高,碰撞池模式检测结果均在认定值范围内。结论与常规模式相比,CCT-ICP-MS方法对高盐食品中As的检出限低,精密度高,准确性好,适合于高盐食品中砷的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of As in high-salt foods by collision cell-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (CCT-ICP-MS). Methods Samples were digested by the boring jar to catch the acid, transferred to a centrifuge tube, fixed volume, the machine measured, and by adding the internal standard online correction matrix effect. Collision cell technology was used to eliminate the interference of ~ (40) Ar ~ (35) Cl on As detection. Results In the collision cell mode, the detection limit of ~ (75) As was significantly lower than that of the conventional mode (0.069 μg / L). Before and after the spike, the collision cell mode RSD is better than the normal mode RSD. Collision pool recovery rate of 98.0% ~ 101.9%. Conventional mode scallop and tea standard material test results were high, the collision cell mode test results are within the identified value range. Conclusion Compared with the conventional model, CCT-ICP-MS method has the advantages of low detection limit, high precision and good accuracy for detection of As in high-salt foods. It is suitable for the determination of As in high-salt foods.
