企业软管理的提法在国内外还是一个新生事物,目前还没有一个明确的定义。我们在实践中经过不断探索和总结,归纳成为5M要素软管理。即是Mettle(气质、勇气、精神)、Mutuality(共鸣、共同发展、共生的意识)、Meliority(完善、进步、优越)、Model(榜样效应)和Maximin(极大极小值原则),并逐步形成了以下一些基本的观点: (一) 企业的软管理是以人为中心管理的延伸和发展美国管理学家孔茨在《管理学》一书中曾提出:
