目的探讨细菌学检验在医院感染监测中的作用及意义。方法对抚顺市第二医院2013—2015年细菌学检验结果进行分析,主要包括医务人员手表、物表及空气。结果检测医务人员手表954个,检测到菌落数364个,未检测到致病菌928个,合格率为97.3%(928/954);检测物表标本1023个,检测到菌落301个,未检测到致病菌981个,合格率为95.9%;检测空气标本3502个,检测到菌落1437个,未检测到致病菌3285个,合格率为93.8%。结论临床细菌室应在细菌监测工作中保持严谨的科学态度,为医院感染提供准确的细菌检测数据,需有效预防控制措施,降低医院感染发生率。
Objective To explore the role and significance of bacteriology in the surveillance of nosocomial infection. Methods The bacteriological test results of the Second Hospital of Fushun City from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed, including medical staff wristwatch, watch and air. Results A total of 954 wristwatches were detected, 364 colonies were detected, 928 were not detected, and the pass rate was 97.3% (928/954). There were 1023 specimens on the surface, 301 colonies were detected and undetected To 981 pathogenic bacteria, with a pass rate of 95.9%; 3,502 air samples were detected, 1437 colonies were detected, and 3285 pathogenic bacteria were not detected, with a pass rate of 93.8%. Conclusion The clinical bacterial room should maintain a rigorous scientific attitude in bacterial surveillance and provide accurate data of bacterial detection for nosocomial infections. Effective prevention and control measures are needed to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
