从竞争的视角研究产业组织间的关系,最具代表性的是迈克尔·波特的“五力”竞争模型,即在成熟的市场环境中,一个企业面临五种竞争力量,同业态竞争力、替代竞争力、潜在竞争力、与顾客讨价还价的竞争力、与供应商侃价的竞争力。“五力”模型为研究石油企业的合作竞争类型及模式提供了方向,为石油企业竞合力量的构建及其合作竞争策略的选择奠定了基础。但石油企业的特殊性和环境的动态复杂性,赋予了石油企业合作竞争模式新的内涵。
From the perspective of competition, the study of the relationship between industrial organizations, the most representative is Michael Porter’s “Five Forces ” competition model, that is, in a mature market environment, a business is faced with five competitive forces, the same industry competition Competitiveness, Alternative Competitiveness, Potential Competitiveness, Competitiveness in Bargaining with Customers, Competitiveness with Suppliers. “Five Forces ” model provides the direction for studying the types and modes of cooperative competition in petroleum enterprises, which lays the foundation for building the competing power of petroleum enterprises and the choice of cooperation and competition strategy. However, the peculiarities of petroleum enterprises and the dynamic complexity of the environment have given new connotation to the cooperative competition mode of petroleum enterprises.
