目标管理(MBO)是上世纪中由管理大师彼得·杜拉克提出并倡导的一种科学的优秀的管理模式。企业目标管理是参与管理的一种形式。企业实行目标管理后,由于有了一套完善的目标考核体系,从而能够使员工的实际贡献大小得到如实的评价。目标管理还力求组织目标与个人目标更紧密的结合在一起,以增强员工在工作中的满足感,调动员工的积极性,增强组织的凝聚力。
MBO is a scientific and excellent management model proposed and advocated by management guru Peter Drucker in the last century. Enterprise goal management is a form of participation management. After the enterprise implements the target management, due to having a perfect target assessment system, the actual contribution size of the employee can be faithfully evaluated. Goal management also seeks to organize goals and personal goals more closely together to enhance staff satisfaction in the job, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and enhance the cohesion of the organization.
