目的探讨0.1%氟保护漆对脱矿牙齿的再矿化作用。方法对218颗已脱矿的牙齿通过自体对照方法分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用0.1%氟保护漆涂擦牙面,对照组用蒸馏水涂擦,每半年1次,2年后观察继续脱矿、龋坏及再矿化情况。结果试验组109颗牙,有效101颗牙,无效8颗牙;对照组109颗牙中,有效83颗牙,无效26颗牙,两组比较P<0.01。结论采用0.1%氟保护漆可促进牙齿再矿化,明显降低患龋率。
Objective To explore the remineralization effect of 0.1% fluoride protective paint on demineralized teeth. Methods 218 teeth that had been demineralized were divided into test group and control group by autologous control method. The test group was treated with 0.1% fluoride protective paint and the control group was rubbed with distilled water once every six months and observed after 2 years Continue to demineralization, caries and remineralization. Results In the experimental group, 109 teeth, 101 effective teeth and 8 invalid teeth were found in the test group. Among the 109 control teeth, 83 teeth were effective and 26 teeth were ineffective. P <0.01. Conclusion 0.1% fluoride protective paint can promote remineralization of teeth, significantly reduce the rate of caries.
