半纤维素是生物质的重要组成部分,综合利用潜力大,可以将其转化为高附加值、多元化的产品。选用麦草作为研究对象,采用碱抽提和碱性木聚糖酶预处理的方法,分析了酶处理前后的碱抽提对半纤维素提取率的影响。实验结果表明:木聚糖酶预处理前,碱抽提的最佳条件是用碱量7%,抽提温度70℃;木聚糖酶预处理后,碱抽提的最佳条件是用碱量7%,抽提温度60℃,碱性木聚糖酶处理浆料后的半纤维素提取率明显提高。同时,木聚糖酶预处理后的麦草中的细小纤维组分和薄壁细胞明显减少。
Hemicellulose is an important part of biomass, the potential for comprehensive utilization, can be transformed into high value-added, diversified products. Wheat straw was selected as the research object. The alkaline extraction and alkali xylanase pretreatment methods were used to analyze the influence of alkali extraction before and after the enzyme treatment on the extraction rate of hemicellulose. The results showed that the optimum conditions for alkali extraction before xylanase pretreatment were as follows: the amount of alkali was 7% and the extraction temperature was 70 ℃.
