技能是我国职业教育课程改革的一个核心概念。我国职教活动中的狭义技能观源自20世纪50-60年代的苏联心理学,将技能认定为通过学习而形成的合法则的活动方式,并将其与知识区分开来。近20年来我国职教课改实践中的技能受到源自现代管理理论工作分析的能力本位职教培训的影响,从关注岗位技能扩展到新的职业技能观,流行将技能视为一个比较宽泛的概念,涵盖各种知识、特征和潜能。
Skill is a core concept of the curriculum reform of vocational education in our country. The narrow sense of skills in China’s vocational education activities originated from the Soviet psychology of the 1950s and 1960s, identifying skills as the lawful form of activity formed through learning and distinguishing it from knowledge. In the recent 20 years, the skills of our country’s vocational education curriculum reform practice have been influenced by the capacity-based vocational education training which comes from the analysis of modern management theory work. From the attention post skills to the new vocational skills concept, the popularity of the skills as a relatively broad Concept, covering a variety of knowledge, characteristics and potential.
