为提高肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）合并急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）的治愈率，对４０例危重型ＨＦＲＳ合并ＡＲＦ血浆中分子物质（ＭＭＳ）在３５０ｕ／ｄｌ以上的患者，采用血液灌流及血液透析联合治疗（ＨＰ／ＨＤ）。结果对ＭＭＳ的清除率（５２％）明显高于对照组（２８％），治愈率达到９２．５％亦较对照组（８６．１％）显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：ＨＰ／ＨＤ清除尿素氮、肌酐等小分子同时，能较理想的清除尿毒症主要毒性物质之一ＭＭＳ，从而提高了ＨＦＲＳ合并ＡＲＦ患者的治愈率。
In order to improve the cure rate of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) complicated with acute renal failure (ARF), 40 patients with critical HFRS complicated with ARF plasma with molecular substance (MMS) above 350u / dl were treated with hemoperfusion and blood Dialysis Combined Therapy (HP / HD). Results The clearance rate of MMS (52%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (28%), and the cure rate was 92.5% (86.1%) (P <0.01). Tip: HP / HD clear urea nitrogen, creatinine and other small molecules at the same time, can be more ideal elimination of MMS one of the main toxic substances in uremia, thereby increasing the cure rate of HFRS patients with ARF.
