随着经济的发展和智能化时代的到来,社会供求关系正发生前所未有的变化,企业的经营活动已经进入到微利时代。如何降低成本,提高经济效益,已经成为越来越多经营者长期的话题;许多事例告诉人们,越是经营困难的企业其管理成本越大。然而,更为可悲的是有些企业并没有从管理上控制成本,而是采用了以次充好,偷工减料等办法来降低成本,最后却以失败告终。因此,企业想要利益最大化,要靠科技创新、靠先进管理、靠挖掘潜力以降低成本。
With the advent of economic development and the advent of an intelligent era, social supply and demand are undergoing unprecedented changes, and their business activities have entered a period of meager profits.
