新一轮西部大开发以承接产业转移为重要特征。本文以四川省为例,分析其在新一轮西部大开发中面临的机遇与挑战,提出要以产业转移为背景,研究西部地区绿色经济发展路径与策略;梳理四川省承接东部地区产业转移的背景与现状,提出产业转移背景下四川省发展绿色经济的几点建议:优化产业转移承接环境,树立绿色经济发展理念,促进企业实现绿色转型,统筹绿色产业集群模式,构建绿色经济保障体系。 A new round of western development takes the transfer of industries as an important feature. Taking Sichuan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges it faces in the new round of western development. It puts forward that it is necessary to study the development path and strategy of green economy in the western region under the background of industrial transfer. Background and status quo, and puts forward some suggestions for developing green economy in Sichuan Province under the background of industrial transfer: optimizing the industrial transfer and undertaking the environment, establishing the concept of green economy development, promoting the green transformation of enterprises, coordinating the green industrial cluster mode and building a green economic security system.
