作为最热门的能源草之一,芒草具有广泛的适应性和很高的生物质产量潜力.以芒草为生物质原料进行AFEX预处理试验,添加纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行酶解,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定生物质中的单糖含量.结果表明:在温度130℃、含水率80%、纤维素酶添加量15 FPU时,葡萄糖和木糖的总转化率分别为69.34%和82.60%;AFEX处理对芒草是一种有效的预处理方式,研究成果对于生物质转化和利用很有意义.
As one of the most popular energy grass, Miscanthus has a wide range of adaptability and high potential for biomass production.Make use of Miscanthus as raw material for AFEX pretreatment, add cellulase and amylase for enzymatic hydrolysis, The results showed that the total conversion rates of glucose and xylose were 69.34% and 82.60% at 130 ℃, 80% moisture content and 15 FPU cellulase, respectively %; AFEX treatment of Miscanthus is an effective pretreatment method, the research results for the biomass conversion and utilization of great significance.
