目的了解人颅顶骨顶结节与其内面脑结构的相关关系。方法 32例福尔马林固定教学用头部标本,锯开颅骨,取脑后,肉眼观察确定颅顶骨顶结节和大脑半球顶叶外侧面隆凸,游标卡尺和软尺分别测量左右顶结节之间、两侧大脑半球顶叶外侧面隆凸之间的直线距离和实际距离,测量数据作相关性分析。结果大脑半球顶叶外侧面有一隆凸,由缘上回及附近脑回构成。与颅顶骨顶结节之间存在相关关系(r=0.639,P<0.05)。结论大脑半球顶叶外侧面存在一个恒定的隆凸,其位置相当于颅顶骨顶结节的内面。
Objective To understand the relationship between human parietal top nodules and their internal structures. Methods 32 formalin-fixed head specimens were fixed, craniotomy was performed, the brain was taken out, and the top of the parietal and parietal lobes of the brain were confirmed visually. The vernier caliper and soft ruler were used to measure the size of left and right top nodules Between the two sides of the cerebral hemispheric parietal lobe protuberances of the linear distance and the actual distance between the measured data for the correlation analysis. Results There was a protuberance on the lateral surface of the parietal lobe of the cerebral hemispheres. And the top of the parietal craniocerebral there is a correlation between (r = 0.639, P <0.05). Conclusion There is a constant protuberance on the lateral surface of the parietal hemisphere, which is equivalent to the inner surface of the maxillary parietal nodules.
