现代科学技术已全面进入社会、经济各个领域,渗透到工业、农业、国防等各个行业,对提高生产力,推进社会进步起着巨大作用。8年前,《科技进步与对策》杂志应运而生,适应了经济改革与社会发展的需要,发表了大量有思想、有内容、有观点、有价值的好文章,促进了改革开放时期我国的社会经济进步,在宣传农业科技成就,普及农业科技知识,探索科技发展途径方面做了大量的工作。在此出刊50期之际,作为一个长期从事农业科学的工作者,我谨向贵刊表示崇高的敬意和衷心的祝贺!
