微量铀的分离与测定已有不少文献报导。目前,在一般实验室中,采用选择性好、灵敏度高的偶氮胂Ⅲ进行分光光度测定,仍是一个较为理想的方法。虽然偶氮胂Ⅲ与铀(Ⅵ)反应的灵敏度不如与铀(Ⅳ)的高,可是在海、湖、井卤中的铀,多以铀酰的六价形式存在,如UO_2CO_3,UO_2Cl_2,UO_2SO_4等等。为了使测定快速简便,我们拟定了一个用氯仿萃取铀的8-羟基喹啉络合物,然后在高氯酸介质中让铀(Ⅵ)与偶氮胂Ⅲ显色进行测定的方法,获得较满意的结果。
Separation and determination of trace uranium have been reported in many literatures. At present, it is still an ideal method to use spectrophotometry with arsenazo Ⅲ with good selectivity and high sensitivity in the general laboratory. Although the sensitivity of arsenazo III to uranium (Ⅵ) is not as high as uranium (Ⅵ), uranium in sea, lake and well brine mostly exists in the hexavalent form of uranyl, such as UO_2CO_3, UO_2Cl_2 and UO_2SO_4 and many more. In order to make the determination quick and easy, we developed a method for the determination of uranium (Ⅵ) with arsenazo Ⅲ in perchloric acid by chloroform extraction of 8-hydroxyquinoline complex with uranium Satisfying result.
